Senior de-stressor

Mental health counselor Kelly Jo Kaye addressed seniors during an assembly in the cafeteria Monday. The session provided information on what stress is doing to students’ health and practical ways to address it. “She was just giving us more strategies on how to not be stressed out. She specifically was talking in regard to our Senior Projects and college applications,” senior Millie Rosasco said. “I learned that sometimes you can’t over-commit yourself, and as seniors we sometimes cram too much into a short amount of time.”
