Revving up for the game, junior Ciera Misner makes a successful interception while playing in a scrimmage with the PowderPuff team. “I’m stoked about the game because I feel like the juniors have a chance to dominate, since we destroyed the boys at practice,” Misner said. The junior girls met  after school Thursday to practice, set their lineup  and distribute T-shirts. “We tried to get as many orders in as possible, extending our deadline to buy the Powderpuff shirts,”  Junior Class adviser Luis Martin  said. “If we would have cut it off, a lot of people wouldn’t have been able to purchase shirts, but we would have gotten them in sooner too.” The Junior/Senior Powderpuff game will be held on the school’s soccer field Friday at 6:00 p.m.
