Armed with presents, senior Trevor Stamand greets his girlfriend sophomore Kayla Stevens after school. Throughout the day couples gathered in the halls to see their high-school sweethearts. “I think Valentine’s Day is a nice holiday whether you have a boyfriend or not, because you can still celebrate it with your friends and family,” junior Michelle Smith said.
