Get out on the water this summer, be healthy and have fun. Enrollment is now open for Summer Rowing Camps. The camps are designed to introduce recreational rowing to rising eighth through twelfth-grade boys and girls.
The week-long camps will held Monday through Friday afternoons from 4:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. No prior rowing experience is needed, but applicants must have the ability to swim. Each session will be capped by a short intersquad exhibition race. Cost is $100 per session. Three sessions, planned forJune 11-15, July 9-13 and July 30-Aug 3, will be held at Oars & Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach.
