Students stress as quarter draws to close

Thursday marks the end of the third quarter of the school year, catching some students by surprise. Sophomore Keegan Schauman missed six days and broke his arm while on a snowboarding trip during the first week of the semester.

“I had so much make-up work to do,” he said. “My hands were so tired from all of the writing that I felt like I needed a cast on both arms.”
Sophomore Sarah Petrone also is feeling a bit stressed.
“I have been working hard for the past couple weeks to try and bring my grades up,” she said. “But it has been hard. It just came so fast that I didn’t have time to prepare, so I’m running around all over the place trying to get where I need to be by Thursday.”
