Students layer up against the cold

With temperatures reaching an eight-year low Thursday, students braced themselves for the cold. These cooler temperatures caused them to transition from their summer shorts to  warmer attire.

Senior Joanae Lawrence shared her opinion on the weather’s impact on fashion.

“It’s making my dress with more swag,” Lawrence said. “Like I️ can now layer, and wear cool jackets while incorporating cool colors and textures.”

Senior Jacob Lajeunesse also enjoyed temperatures recorded in the low 30s.

“I like the cold weather because it allows me to wear sweaters, and hoodies which are insanely comfortable,” Lajeunesse said. “Everyone knows sweaters are the new style, too.”
