Student Government Association is thinking of introducing a new project called Character of the Month for the next school year.

This project’s main goal is for students to recognize peers who have done a good deed then nominate them for the award.

“We are kind of just seeing how it goes and also seeing if it works out next year,” historian Megan Ward said.

SGA is still planning out the final pieces on the project.

“We aren’t very far along on this,” communications officer Hannah Montgomery said. “But hasn’t been done yet, and we are thinking of starting to do it next year.”
