The National Junior Honor Society marked the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks on New York and Washington D.C. with presentations throughout Friday in the school auditorium.
The program, attended by all social studies classes, included various student-produced slide shows and a New York Police Department film covering the events occurring during and after the World Trade Center attacks.
Finally, Officer Tom Denni, the father of sophomore Erika Denni, recounted his experiences a first-responder who was permanently incapacitated during the attacks and cleanup at Ground Zero.
