Seniors prepare for summer and beyond

El Lock, Beat Report

The end of the year is approaching and students are gearing up for summer break. Seniors will get a head start as they graduate five days before school ends for underclassmen.

“During the summer I’ll be going to Christian Care Ministries,” senior Jadasia Norris said. “And in the fall, I’ll be going to Kent State University, majoring in fashion merchandising, [and minoring] in business so one day I can own my own business in the fashion industry.”

Senior Harrison Ryan will stay closer to home for college.

“Going to college at University of Florida, majoring in architecture,” he said. “Hopefully, I become an architect.”

Joshua Breininger won’t even have to leave town for college.

“I got a summer job, and I am going to F.I.T. to pursue computer science,” the senior said. “Not completely sure what I’m doing for the future, but I think this will help narrow it down.”
