Space Coast Crew will play host to its 10th annual Learn to Row Day on June 2 from 10 a.m until 2 p.m at Oars and Paddles Boathouse in Indian Harbour Beach.
“Crew is a great sport and the people are even greater,” Satellite High School sophomore Savannah Kroop said. “It’s a chance to make a ton of friends and pick up a hobby.”
Learn to Row Day is free and will include rowing instruction on ergometers (indoor rowing machines), boathouse tours and a paddle lesson in the Banana River. No registration is necessary, and light snacks will be provided.
