As the girls’ tennis team kicks off its season, the team is positive about the future. So far, the team is undefeated in district games. Freshman Sarah Bahsoun explains her confidence in her team this season.

“This season is looking great,” Bahsoun said. “The team is working well together and my sister [Tehya Bahsoun] is really standing out. She’s only a seventh grader and is undefeated also.”

Sophomore Erin O’Brien talks about her personal improvements during one of their games.

“The first real match I played in went pretty well,” O’Brien said. “The team won 4-3 against Covenant and I played doubles with Sidney Jones. In the doubles matches, we won both. Overall,  I believe I performed better than I expected.”
