The girls’ varsity lacrosse team lost to Viera 14-8 in a rough game Monday.
“Their players are more aggressive than ours,” sophomore Lindsay Gorham said. ” But their lacrosse program has been together for four years I believe, and since we are such a new team I don’t think we did that bad.”
The Viera girls also had better technique according to Gorham.
“We just have to work hard to catch up,” Gorham said. “I think we can accomplish that in the seasons to come.”
The girls are scheduled to play at Satellite on Friday 6 p.m..
