The girls lacrosse team began workouts on Nov. 20 and has continued every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday since. Within that time, the girls have caught a glimpse at the team’s prospects for the upcoming season.
“I think the conditioning is good but I am ready for more of a challenge,” sophomore Isabel Richards said. “I’m really excited to come together as a team and improve.”
Seventh grader Aubrey T. also said conditioning is going well.
“The conditioning is fun. I love bonding with the team,” she said. “I can’t wait for the games this spring.”
The girls will continue the workouts until midterms then will resume in January with the same schedule. The official season begins Jan. 29. Until then athletes are encouraged to participate in conditioning if they are interested in playing this spring.
