Tyler Moscrip’s Senior Project, hosting an alumni soccer game, fell through when the FHSAA changed the rules.
“When I originally got my project approved this wasn’t a problem since the rule about not having alumni games didn’t exist,” Moscrip said.
Moscrip was told at late notice that his project wouldn’t work.
“At that point there was nothing I could do about it but cancel the game,” Moscrip said.
With a few months remaining in his senior year he had to come up with a new project.
“Instead of doing an alumni game I decided to host an indoor soccer tournament.” Moscrip said. “I’m planning on hosting it in Rockledge.”
The date of the tournament will be announced soon.
