The Lady Wildcats combined for a total of 34 kills, 56 digs and eight aces to defeat Edgewood Jr./ Sr. High in straight sets 26-24, 25-13, 25-20 Friday.

“The Lady Wildcats came out hard,” Coach Bonnie Priester said. “We received positive play from every member of the squad which helped us create a three-set district win.”

Junior Tess Sheets led the team offensively with 12 kills while junior Kylie Wenger  led the defense with 19 kills.

The Lady Wildcats improved their district record to 10-5 and will be facing off against  Brevard Christian today for their Senior Night game.
