Women win first match as bowling teams top Satellite

The men’s and women’s bowling teams beat Satellite High 4-3 at Harbour Lanes on Thursday.

“We played exceptionally well,” seventh-grader Chris M. said. “We were all on yesterday.”

Senior Leah Crowley led the women to their first victory was the first of their season.

“Very exciting. The match was close and both teams played fantastic,” Coach Kirk Murphy said via email. “This is one of those matches where it was a shame that someone had to win or lose.”
