Got a minute? In order to supplement part of the cost of Grad Bash and Prom tickets for seniors, the Senior Class organized a fund-raiser based on the NBC show “Minute to Win It.”

The fund-raiser will take place in the gym on Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Senior Class President Megan Poulsen is excited for the event.

“I watch the show every week with my family and thought that bringing this to West Shore would be a fun way to get every grade involved and bring them together while raising money,” she said. “Kids will be running to the table to buy their tickets and literally jumping for joy when they see the preview videos showing on the announcements.”

Senior Class representatives will be selling tickets during the week of Feb. 7 in the cafeteria. Students interested in forming teams have until Feb. 9 to buy tickets for $4 per team member. Spectators can purchase tickets for $2 in advance and for $3 at the door.
